在全球化時代,高等教育國際化已成為一種必然趨勢,並已成為各國高等教育政策的共同追求。就這一趨勢而言,本研究集中在中國和澳大利亞兩個國家。本研究的主要目的是通過比較中國和澳大利亞的國際高等教育政策,找出全球和國家在政策發展中的壓力之間的互動關係。從巨觀層面(國家)、中觀層面(高校)和微觀層面(個人)三個方面對國家元政策、高校合作競爭政策和人員流動政策進行了詳細論述和分析,確定其相似性和差異性。對全球趨勢的不同反應反映了每個國家的特殊性以及路徑依賴因素對全球壓力的調節方式。這一比較將有助於更好地理解全球化如何影響和回應高等教育政策的國際化,並通過關注兩組特定的國家政策,更好地理解其路徑依賴的中介作用。

作者簡介
洪敏,湖北漢川人,本科就讀於武漢大學政治學與行政學專業,輔修經濟學雙學位;碩士就讀於復旦大學高教所,開始以高等教育作為專業方向;碩士畢業後獲得澳大利亞政府獎學金赴昆士蘭大學攻讀博士學位,開始以高等教育國際化為主要研究方向,師從國際著名教育政策學者Bob Lingard教授和Ian Hardy副教授,畢業後回國就職於華中科技大學教育科學研究院,從事教學和科研工作。目前有多篇研究成果發表在Higher Education,Studies in Higher Education,Higher Education Research & Development等SSCI國際期刊及CSSCI期刊上。
