Majored in the mechanism of energy transfer of biological macromolecules for cancerous cell and tissue using lasers and other optical technologies. She has additional ongoing work in development and application of fruit preservation technique. She completed 12 foundation items from National Natural Science Foundation of China, Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs Of China, Dalian Science and technology Bureau and DalianUniversity as project leader. She has active scientific collaborations in National Research Council of Canada. She has published 7 articles (SCI) and 3 articles (EI) and more than 40 articles from the national core journals.
