高春梅, 清華大學副研究員,主要從事天然產物的結構改造和構效關係研究 。
研究方向
主要從事抗腫瘤細胞小分子化合物的設計、合成及活性研究,具體研究方向如下:
1. 以DNA及DNA相關酶(拓撲異構酶、DNA修復酶)為靶點的化合物的設計、合成及活性研究;
2. 基於Pokemon信號傳導通路的抗腫瘤化合物的設計與合成;
3. 基於計算機輔助的高通量篩選系統的抗腫瘤藥物研發;
4. 表觀遺傳與抗腫瘤藥物研發。
