高恩軍，男，1962年生，遼寧特聘教授。二級教授，理學博士，藥學博士後。任研究生學院院長，兼學科發展規劃處處長。享受國務院政府特殊津貼，遼寧省百千萬人才工程百人層次，遼寧省首屆高校十佳青年教師，遼寧省高等學校優秀人才，遼寧省套用化學重點學科負責人兼帶頭人，校化學碩士學位授權學科負責人，瀋陽市無機分子基化學（國際）重點實驗室主任。兼任東北師大兼職教授，國家科學技術獎勵評審專家，國際學術刊物《Rec.Pat.Anti-Cancer Drug Dis.》（IF= 2.4）編委，《當代化工》編委、《中華醫藥雜誌》專家委員會常務編委。主要研究方向：晶體分子工程與配位超分子化學、生物無機與無機藥物化學、無機納米及微納米材料等。發表SCI學術論文100餘篇，2項成果獲遼寧省科學技術獎。共申請國家發明專利6項，有2項已授權，1項專利技術在企業套用、經濟效益可觀。
