個人經歷

1999-2004年在南京大學化工系學習,在碩博連讀期間,師從化工分離專家張志炳教授,研究方向為汽液傳質與分離。博士畢業後至清華大學化工系在程易教授和金涌院士課題組從事博士後研墓拳慨究,研究方向為流體快速混合。
博士後出站後於2006~2008年在煙臺萬華集團工作,主要從事MDI、TDI等生產過程新型光氣化反應技術開發踏頁設捆,該技術一直被Bayer、BASF等幾大跨國公司壟斷並對中國實行嚴格的技術封鎖,成功開發出的光氣化噴射反應器已經在煙臺和寧波兩個生產基地成功套用,該技術的開發成功,使得煙臺萬華集團現有MDI生產裝置能力提高60%以上,能耗降低30%左右,本人也因此被聘為山東省“泰山學者”崗位學術帶請整重頭人。
2008年10月進入東南大學從事教學、科研工作,教授、博士生導師。期間於2011年-2012年受中國-瑞士政府獎學金資助,赴瑞士聯邦理工大學蘇黎世分校化學與生物工程系Massimo Morbidelli教授課題組從事為期一年的訪問學者研究。
