研究方向

主要從事PVD法在不同類型基底表面的過渡金屬硫族化合物可控生長( 層數、疇區尺寸、成核密度、形貌、邊緣結構、異質結結構等 );過渡金屬硫族化合物的能帶工程:大面積亞納米級合金化合物的生長、晶體結構表征、拉曼與螢光光譜性質研究、半導體光電器件性能研究等。已在Adv.Mater, ACS Nano, JACS,Electrochi. Acta等SCI期刊發表學術論文20餘篇,其中一作文章6篇,一篇論文被Adv.Mater.做內封面報導且成為SCI高被引論文,論文總被引用過300次。獲得國家授權發明專利一項。曾在多次國際學術會議中獲得優秀牆報獎。另外,與諸多世界著名高校或研究所開展合作研究,如MIT,Yale University,新加坡國立大學,香港理工大學,北京大學,清華大學,國家納米科學中心,蘭州大學等。
