馬騰壑，男，漢族，1980年7月出生，河北省辛集市人。2004 年畢業於河北農業大學動物科學系；2007 年獲中國農業科學院動物遺傳育種與繁殖專業碩士；2012年獲吉林大學動物遺傳育種與繁殖專業農學博士。2012年9月至2014年8月於韓國科學技術院大學（KAIST）生化與分子生物學系從事博士後研究。2014年9月至今，於河北工程大學農學系動物科學專業參加工作。
