2012年12月,以專案博士後研究員的身份,任職於
台灣科技大學電子工程系,合作導師為國際知名電力電子專家,台灣科技大學特聘教授羅有剛、邱煌仁教授。主研教育部“典範科技大學計畫案《高效能電能轉換與儲能關鍵技術與材料》、《高效能太陽能模組整合式轉換器之研製》、《市電回收型充放電模組》和《低成本數位控制太陽能微型換流器》等項目(均排名第二);同時,負責光寶台科電力電子研究中心的4個電源專案計畫(涉及無橋PFC 技術、諧振變換器、有源箝位技術等)。
以第一作者在IEEE Trans. Power Electron., IET Power Electronics, International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications期刊、國內頂級期刊(電工技術學報、電機與控制學報、電力自動化設備、鐵道學報等)以及IEEE APEC、IEEE ECCE、IEEE ICCCAS等頂級國際會議上發表論文37篇 (SCI期刊6篇,EI 26篇),與他人合作發表論文18餘篇(其中SCI收錄2篇,EI收錄16篇)。
