簡介
馬文全，蘭州大學物理系畢業，中科院半導體所理學碩士，德國洪堡大學理學博士，博士論文工作是在柏林Paul-Drude固體電子研究所從事的，2001-2004年在美國阿肯色大學物理系從事博士後研究工作。2004年10月加入中科院半導體所，2005年度中科院百人計畫入選者。長期從事低維半導體結構的材料生長、特性測量及器件研究工作。目前的主要研究方向是：半導體量子點紅外探測器、銻化物二類超晶格紅外探測器、銻化物量子點存儲器、量子點陣列的自組織生長及其機理研究等。
