香港亞洲商學院（HONG KONG ASIA BUSINESS COLLEGE）成立於2003年，是經由香港特區政府批准註冊成立的一所從事工商管理教育、學術交流及諮詢業務的商學院香港亞商以傳統教學和遠程教學相結合見長，遍布大中華區的在讀學員約五千位左右，學員廣泛分布於香港、澳門、台灣、東南亞及中國大陸。
