簡介

博士,女,中國藥科大學教授,中國藥科大學生命科學與技術學院教授,博士生導師。國際光學工程協會(SPIE)會員、美國光學學會(OSA)會員,中國光學學會高級會員,江蘇省計量測試學會理事,江蘇省生物醫學工程生物光子學會理事。2005年江蘇省“青藍工程”中青年學術帶頭人。多種國際雜誌的特約審稿人,現任中國藥科大學國際交流與合作處處長。

主要研究經歷

顧月清教授1997年於南京航空航天大學測試計量技術及儀器專業獲工學博士學位,主要研究光纖感測器實現體內藥物的微創實時監測。1999底赴美國賓夕法尼亞大學(University of Pennsylvania)醫學院從事博士後研究,主要從事近紅外分子探針在活體動物內的分布研究。2002年轉至美國德州大學(University of Texas)進行近紅外光譜及成像以監測各種臨床治療的研究。期間作為課題負責人分別獲得美國國防部博士後基金及新研究者基金的資助,於2003年被聘為該校生物醫學工程系的研究助理教授。2004年底於中國藥科大學建立生物醫學工程學研究室,主要是將各種光譜及成像技術套用於藥物研發的各環節中,已獲得多項國家自然科學基金的資助。

目前研究方向

1) 設計螢光探針及光學檢測系統,實現大分子藥物體內動力學過程的無損在位實時監測;
2) 設計併合成各種腫瘤特異性標誌物的靶向分子探針,以實現腫瘤的早期分子診斷;
3) 設計併合成各種高分子納米藥物載體,以實現腫瘤的主動/被動靶向治療;
4) 從基因水平設計特異性DNA序列探針,以研究腫瘤的生長、轉移機制;
5) 利用病毒載體實現疾病的早期診斷及治療。
