顏曉梅,女,理學博士學位,畢業於廈門大學。現任廈門大學化學化工學院教授、博士生導師。1990年本科畢業於廈門大學科學儀器工程系。1996年取得廈門大學化學系分析化學專業博士學位。期間,1994至1996年通過聯合培養在日本名古屋大學從事研究生學習。

研究興趣
生化分析與生物感測,主要包括1)超高靈敏生物分析技術的開發與套用:結合雷射誘導螢光和流體動力學聚焦技術,研製具有單個生物分子檢測能力的流式分析儀,套用於單個納米顆粒、DNA片斷、病毒、細菌、亞細胞器和細胞等的超高靈敏分析;2)流式微珠陣列技術(液相生物晶片)的開發及生物醫學套用,包括螢光編碼微球的製備,重大疾病早期診斷的生物標誌物聯合檢測,多肽藥物先導化合物及探針的高效篩選等;3)生物分子相互作用研究;4)金屬組學研究及金屬致病分子機制的探討等。
