項賢領

男,安徽肥東人,教授,博士,博士生導師。2011年至2012年在國外開展訪學與合作研究。以第一作者或通訊作者身份發表學術論文20餘篇;參編教材和專著3部;以第一發明人獲實用新型授權專利1項;主持國家自然科學基金2項、安徽省自然科學基金2項、安徽省高校省級自然科學研究(重點)項目2項、安徽省省級精品資源共享課程1項以及多項校級項目;獲安徽省教學成果獎二等獎、“安徽省優秀博士學位論文”獎、“安徽省第七屆自然科學優秀學術論文”二等獎和安徽師範大學“優秀教學獎”等榮譽稱號;指導學生參加安徽省“大學生生物標本製作大賽”和安徽省“青少年科技創新大賽”並獲二等獎。

主要研究方向

  • 長期從事生態學的教學與科研工作。近十五年來,主要開展輪蟲種群遺傳學、系統地理學、毒理生態學和進化生態學等研究。具體包括:(1)以淡水中常見的周期性孤雌生殖輪蟲和專性孤雌生殖輪蟲為對象,運用分子系統學、種群遺傳學和譜系地理學等方法研究輪蟲譜系間系統發生關係和種群遺傳結構,揭示輪蟲種群遺傳分化的時空格局及其演化歷程,探討環境對輪蟲種群結構的影響及作用機理;(2)以輪蟲為研究對象,採用高通量測序、實時定量PCR技術和RACE技術等,探究輪蟲有關基因在特定環境下的差異表達和適應性進化,從而揭示輪蟲的物種形成、種群分化、生態適應和快速進化等機制;(3)以輪蟲為受試生物,探究環境中的敏感風險物質對水生生物的毒理生態學效應和機制;(4)受損水生態系統(如黑臭水體)的健康風險評價與生態修復,為水環境綜合治理提供技術支撐。
