韓滿貴

韓滿貴

韓滿貴,電子科技大學微電子與固體電子學院, 教授, 博士生導師,籍貫湖北省。1999年獲四川大學材料科學與工程碩士學位,師從中國工程院院士塗銘旌教授,研究方向為儲氫合金及Ni/MH二次電池。2001年6月考取全額獎學金赴美國Iowa State University大學攻讀博士學位。同期在美國能源部重點實驗室Ames Laboratory磁學研究組工作,師從IEEE Fellow David C. Jiles教授,並在美國工程院院士Karl A. Gschneidner教授的課題組內參與了世界上第一台室溫磁致冷機材料Gd5(SixGe1-x)4的研發。2001年-2004年就讀於美國衣阿華州州立大學(Iowa State University), 2004年8月獲得美國衣阿華州州立大學材料科學與工程專業博士學位,2004年10月回國。研究方向主要包括磁致冷材料、磁致冷機,巨磁致伸縮材料和器件,微波磁性材料與器件套用,多鐵性材料,磁電複合材料,納米磁性材料的製備與套用,能源材料,穆斯堡爾譜學在磁性材料上的套用,磁感測器、微磁學模擬等。
