靳小雷

靳小雷，男，主任醫師，教授，博士生導師，現任中國醫學科學院整形外科醫院整形十六科主任。兼任國家中醫藥管理局名詞術語成果轉化與規範推廣項目評審專家、中華醫學會整形外科分會青年委員會副主任委員、中華醫學會整形外科分會眼整形組副組長及秘書長。

診療範圍

1、顱頜面外科：計算機輔助設計面部輪廓美容整形、下頜角、顴骨整形，顱頜面創傷後整復、面部不對稱畸形整復、半側顏面萎縮畸形矯正、下巴整形、正頜外科（地包天、尖嘴、偏頜、顱頜面各種先天畸形（Crouzon綜合徵、Apert綜合徵、Treacher-collins綜合徵、眶距增寬症、半側顏面短小、面裂等）的顱面部整復。

2、修復重建外科：擴張器治療瘢痕、唇齶裂修復、體表腫瘤（黑痣、血管瘤等）、眼鼻畸形整復、面部複雜畸形整復、面癱一期動力修復。擅長顯微外科皮瓣修復各種複雜軟組織缺損及畸形和體表器官再造。

3、面部美容外科：微創美容外科（注射美容）、眼整形（雙眼皮、開眼角、失敗重瞼修復、上瞼下垂矯正）、隆鼻、鼻綜合整形，隆下巴、面部年輕化（除皺手術）、眼周年輕化（切眉、眼袋）、瘦臉（手術及注射）、雙下巴整形。

4、脂肪移植與體形重塑：自體脂肪填充額頭、太陽穴、淚溝、面頰、鼻、唇、下巴，自體脂肪隆乳，吸脂瘦身、豐胸、提臀、腹壁整形、微創附乳切除等。

研究成果

帶頭完成多項省部級科研項目。目前作為課題主要負責人在研研究課題五項，包括省部級項目三項，院校級項目1項，院所級項目1項。

2017年度，榮耀醫者公益評選“專科精英獎”。

2018年度，第二屆國家名醫盛典“國之名醫▪優秀風範”獎。
