一、利德獨家使用的一體閥門是由高剛納米聚丙烯製成，相比普通聚丙烯或增強聚丙烯，具有更大的強度，耐高低溫、耐腐蝕性更強。根據使用環境不同可分為兩類：①-20℃-100℃，廣泛使用於常溫下的食品類、無機酸、鹼、鹽等介質；②耐溫-40℃-135℃，廣泛使用於易凝固類食品、無機強酸，強鹼，有機溶劑，囟素，芳脛類，醚酮類，及強氧化劑類等介質。

二、上下閥體採用8個不鏽鋼螺栓連線，比國內普通的4-6個螺栓連線更牢固，安全性更強。

三、通過設計將閥門固定在法蘭上，有效的解決了閥門與液袋連線的滲漏問題；閥門內部的安全防護裝置，能夠防止液體堵塞閥門，降低卸貨時液體的殘留量；獨特的閥門保護套設計，在保護閥門的同時，有效的避免了因液體外濺對貨櫃造成污染。

四、獨特的液袋防晃設計，減少液體在運輸過程中的自由晃動，提高液袋的安全性能。

五、液袋防護層：利德液袋防護外層使用的是一次成型的特製的雙面塗膜層，由高科技芳綸纖維構成，耐磨性和防滲透性大大加強。

六、與桶裝和灌裝相比較，運量提升35%，整體費用降低40%--60%，適合各種非危險液體運輸。

Our advantages

1、LET Flexitanksuse our special valves made from high strength alloy steel nanometer polypropylene(pp), with higher strength, temperature and corrosion resistant compared to normal polypropylene or strengthened one. According to different environment, LET Flexitanks are put in two categories: ①one is from -20℃to -100 ℃extensively used for mediums like food at ordinary temperatures, inorganic acid, alkali and salt; ②The other one is for temperature resistant from -40℃to 135℃, which is widely applied to mediums including easy solidified food, inorganic strong acid , strong base , organic solvent, halogen, aromatic hydrocarbon and strong oxidant.

2、All valve bodies are connected by 8 stainless steel bolts , stronger and safer than national normal ones with 4-6 bolts.

3、The valves are fixed on flanges by designing, which has efficiently solved connecting leakage problem between valves and flexitanks. Our valves are installed with safety devices for preventing liquid from blocking valves and reducing the residual liquid quantity when unloading. With the unique design of protective layer, valves can efficiently avoid container pollution from smashed liquid.

4、Special anti-shake design enhances the stability and safety of liquid transportation.

5、Protective outer layer: Our protective outer layer of LET　flexitanks is a single-time integral molding and double-side paint bag, made from high tech aramid fibers to enhance wearing and penetrable resistance.
