第1~8章為第一部分,主要闡述分立元件模擬電子電路的分析和設計方法。內容包括半導體材料、二極體基本原理及其基本套用電路、場效應管工作原理及其線性放大電路、雙極型三極體工作原理及其線性放大電路和套用、頻率回響、輸出級和功率放大電路等。 第9~15章為第二部分,主要闡述更複雜的模擬電子電路的分析和設計,即運算放大器及構成集成放大電路的基本模組,以及運放的套用等。包括理想運放及其基本套用、積體電路的恆流源偏置電路和有源負載、差分放大電路、反饋及放大電路的穩定性、構成運算放大器的各種電路的分析和設計、模擬積體電路中非理想因素的影響以及有源濾波電路和振盪電路等。
