摘要 | 從雲南省 哀牢山土樣分離到一株帚霉屬 (Scopulariopsis Bainier) 菌株 Y82-922, 進行了它的形態學研究. 它兼 具瓶形和柱形並且可以層出的環境痕瓶梗, 分生孢子小, 多為球形, 直徑 2-3 micrometer, 有1-3個芽孔, 可在原 位上產生短側分生孢子鏈並以其末端與親本主鏈相接合. 它的分類為學位置介於細微帚霉 (Scopulariopsis parvula Morton et Smith)與寡見擬沃德霉 (Wardomycosis inopnatus Udagawa et Furuya) 之間, 但具有不同於二者的特徵, 故定名為新種, 雲南帚霉 Scopulariopsis yunnanensis Chen & Jiang sp. nov. |
