雍雪林，男，1982年3月生。 2003年在河南師範大學數學與套用數學專業獲得學士學位，2005年在大連理工大學套用數學專業獲得碩士學位，2008年6月在中國科學院研究生院（現中國科學院大學）套用數學專業獲得博士學位。2015年被聘為副教授，2011年被聘為碩士生導師。
主要從事孤立子與可積系統、符號計算在非線性系統中的套用等方面的研究工作，參與和承擔了十三五國家重點研發計畫、國家自然科學基金、北京市社會科學基金和中央高校基本科研業務項目等多項課題，入選北京高校青年英才計畫和華北電力大學創新人才支持計畫。曾榮獲2011-2015年全國大學生數學建模競賽優秀指導教師，2015-2016年度校級“十佳班主任”，2018年第一屆“我身邊的好老師”。
