陸寶宏，河海大學水文水資源學院教授，博士。 華東水利學院（現河海大學）1982級陸地水文專業。1986年7月畢業後留校任教一直至今。2000年5月於香港科技大學土木系獲碩士學位；2001年5~8月中國工程院土水建辦公室西北水資源項目組借用；2002年4月~2003年4月水利部太湖流域管理局掛職鍛鍊；2003年10月~2004年10月加拿大滑鐵盧大學地球科學系訪問副教授）。
