陸君濤，教授、博士生導師，1963年畢業於武漢大學化學系，留校工作，從事電化學科研和教學。1981－1983美國Case Western Reserve University公費訪問學者2年；1988－1989英國Southampton University中英獎學金資助高級訪問學者半年。
為中國化學會電化學委員會常務副主任，《化學學報》、《Chinese Journal of Chemistry》、《電化學》編委，曾任國家自然科學基金委員會化學部（物理化學）評審（第3、4、7、8屆）。
