研究方向

申請人的主要研究方向是基因轉錄和表觀遺傳調控的機制研究以及它們在癌症和發育中的功能研究。主要利用生物化學、基因組學、生物信息學、遺傳學和細胞分子生物學等前沿方法研究轉錄和表觀遺傳調控的分子機制及其在腫瘤發生髮展、轉移,胚胎幹細胞的乾性維持和分化,與發育過程中的功能。在該研究方向,以通訊或第一作者在ScienceCell等雜誌發表10多篇文章。
