人物經歷

2004年,考入湖南大學化學化工學院化學專業,2005年因成績優異轉入化學本碩連讀班,2009年轉為碩博連讀生,2010年4月赴日本產業技術綜合研究所(AIST)學習工作三年,2013年博士畢業,2014年1月以助理研究員身份留校工作,2017年1月晉升副教授。2017年10月以C類高層次人才調入海南大學,高聘教授(副教授)。碩士生導師是郭燦城教授,博士生導師是郭燦城教授和韓立彪教授。碩士論文期間(9/2008-3/2009),測量了多種仿生催化劑(卟吩和金屬卟啉)在DMF中於不同溫度下的溶解度,研究了卟吩金屬化的反應動力學,為仿生催化劑的中試生產試驗提供了堅實的實驗數據,並於同一年組織六位同學在實驗室進行放大實驗,完成了公斤級的仿生催化劑合成。碩士論文期間(3/2009-11/2009),在湖南大學先進教育部催化工程中心沅江中試基地參與中試設備的安裝與調試,期間協助安裝了整個實驗車間的電力系統、控制系統、物料傳輸系統。並作為主要實驗人員全程參與仿生催化劑的中試生產:蒸汽的準備(鍋爐的燃燒)與傳輸、物料的導入與輸送、反應的升溫與終止、產物的分離(結晶)與純度分析、溶劑的回收(精餾塔分餾),為仿生催化劑工業生產技術的形成做出了貢獻。2010年4月赴日本產業技術綜合研究所(AIST)作為Technique Staff學習工作三年,從事炔烴金屬氫化反應及其在有機合成中的套用研究(學術成就中第一部分工作)。另外,還進行了套用開發研究,獨自承擔了高阻燃性能有機磷玻璃單體的合成以及核廢液中鈀、鉑等貴金屬的高效萃取劑的開發。2013年3月回國,撰寫博士論文並於2013年12月通過博士論文答辯,取得博士學位。在湖南大學與海南大學工作期間,繼續從事有機化學的基礎研究,通過機理研究指導化學反應的設計,圍繞有機磷化合物的綠色合成與套用展開研究工作。

目前承擔國家自然科學基金(青年基金)1項,湖南省自然科學基金(青年基金)1項。自2011年以來,以第一作者和通訊作者身份在J. Am. Chem. Soc. (4篇), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (1篇), Chem. Commun. (6篇), Org. Lett. (3篇), Adv. Synth. Catal. (1篇), Chem. Eur. J.
