陳萬明生平：
1939年出生於江蘇省泰州市；
Born in 1939, Jiangsu, Taizhou city;
1963年7月畢業於北京礦業學院礦山機械系；
Graduated from BeijingMiningUniversity, department of mining machines in 1963;
1963年9月至退休在瀋陽重型機器廠設計處從事破碎機產品設計工作。
Devoted in cone crushers design in designing department in Shenyang Heavy Industry Company since 1963;
主要成就
陳萬明參加了第一代單缸液壓圓錐破碎機的設計，參與國家標準（國標）彈簧圓錐破碎機的定型設計，並於80年代作為主要負責人將美國Rexnord公司技術引入到我國，是我國破碎機事業的參與者與見證人。 之後陳先生創新設計，去掉分料盤，將彈簧圓錐破碎機產量提高15%，與此同時解決了傳統彈簧圓錐破碎機主軸斷裂的隱患。現在國內主流新型的圓錐破碎機都是陳先生所設計的。可以說，不論是設計方面還是市場方面，陳先生都為中國圓錐破碎機做出了巨大的貢獻。

1977年編制了中國第一個單缸液壓圓錐破碎機標準： JB 2501-78 《單缸液壓圓錐破碎機基本參數》；

1978年因單缸液壓圓錐破碎機試製成功獲第一屆全國科技大會獎；

1982年為中國大百科全書機械工程卷撰寫“破碎機械”條目；

1985-1986年負責西蒙斯圓錐破碎機和盤旋式破碎機技術引進談判，最終與美國Rexnord公司（即今美國Nordberg公司）達成技術轉讓協定；
Negotiated with Rexnord (predecessor of current Nordbury and Metso), introduced the technology of symons in cone crushers and gyrate-disc crushers as prime technological leader of China side;
1987年-1992年任機械工業部德興銅礦三期（日產）後三萬噸設備成套技術負責人；

1992年因西蒙斯圓錐破碎機和盤旋式破碎機技術引進並改進成功獲瀋陽市科技進步甲等獎、終身享有國務院專家津貼；

1999年創立瀋陽華揚機械有限公司和瀋陽泓岳機械設備製造有限公司；

2002年設計並試製成功高性能多缸液壓圓錐破碎機；

2007年將高性能多缸液壓圓錐破碎機改進設計為瀋陽華揚機械有限公司擁有自主智慧財產權的專利產品。
During improvement and adjustments, high performance multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers were introduced into patent product of Shenyang Huayang Machinery Co, Ltd.
2013.09.25日 與國外客戶商簽約合作東南亞市場戰略協定
