1992/06，山東大學生物系，植物專業，學士

2003/12，山東大學生命科學學院，發育生物學專業，博士

工作經歷

1995年-2005年，山東大學生命科學學院助教、講師、副教授、碩士生導師；

2005年至今，雲南省政府引進人才，雲南大學生命科學學院教授；

2007年起，擔任財政部-雲南省共建"生物學創新實驗室"主任；

2009年起，擔任植物科學研究所所長，生科院副院長；

2012年起，遴選為博士生導師"雲南省中青年學術技術帶頭人"。

兼職

民盟雲南省委青年委員會副主任，昆明市政府科技顧問，中國植物生理學會理事，中國農業生物技術學會生物安全學會理事；雲南省植物學會理事；中科院昆明植物所"資源植物與生物技術"重點實驗室學術委員等。

研究方向

植物生理與分子生物學。主要開展菸草發育及生理與分子生物學方面的研究，目前的主要研究方向有：（1）植物誘導抗生物脅迫和非生物脅迫的機理研究及其產業化開發套用，該方向成果已獲得4項授權專利，並已產業化，2016年獲得雲南省科技進步二等獎；（2）菸草發育階段與育性的相關性研究。目前上述兩個方向每年有約100萬元的經費到校。
