陳永山，副研究員，1980年11月生於福建漳州。2004年畢業於南京農業大學，獲學士學位，2007年在南京農業大學獲得碩士學位，2010年獲得中國科學院南京土壤研究所獲得博士學位。2010年7月至2012年4月在清華大學環境學院從事博士後研究工作，2012年5月入職中國科學院城市環境研究所。主要從事新型有機污染物環境污染過程與控制技術研究。作為項目負責人主持了國家自然科學基金1項（青年）和中國科學院城市環境研究所青年人才項目1項，負責國家高技術研究發展計畫（863計畫）其中一專題，作為主要完成人先後參與國家科技重大專項和國際合作項目。已發表近20篇學術論文，其中第一作者SCI論文7篇。
