陳明訓

陳明訓,男,1984年7月生,博士,先後入選中國科協“青年人才托舉工程計畫”、陝西省科技新星、西北農林科技大學“青年學術骨幹人才支持計畫”和“優青培養計畫”。

現任西北農林科技大學教授,博士生導師中國作物學會和美國植物學會會員。擔任多個SCI和西北農林科技大學學報(自然科學版)審稿人。

人物履歷

2008年和2013年分別於西北農林科技大學和浙江大學獲得學士和博士學位。
2012年5月至2014年9月在新加坡國立大學(National University of Singapore)生物系開展合作研究和博士後研究工作。

教學情況

目前主要承擔本科生《農業生物技術》,《植物分子生物學》和《植物發育生物學》以及研究生《作物遺傳育種專題》和《種子生物學》等課程。

研究課題

先後以主要參加人參與了國家自然科學基金、重大轉基因專項、863、973、馬來西亞Sime Darby公司橫向課題等研究工作。
正在主持的研究課題有:
(1) 國家自然基金青年項目,31501336,油菜BnTT8和BnTTG1轉錄因子在種子油脂積累中的功能解析,主持;
(2) 中國科協青年人才托舉工程,2016QNRC001,油菜種子脂肪酸積累的調控機理研究,主持;
(3) 校引進人才科研啟動費,Z111021402,油菜與擬南芥種子油脂積累的機制研究,主持;
(4)校優青培育科研專項,Z109021517,油菜種子油脂積累的調控網路,主持。

科研成果

項目“十字花科油籽脂肪酸及營養品質形成的分子機制”榮獲教育部2015年度高等學校科學研究優秀成果獎(科學技術),自然科學類二等獎(本人排名第二,共9人)。
項目“透明種皮家族基因對於油籽脂肪酸積累的負向調控機制的發現”榮獲浙江省2017年度自然科學獎二等獎(本人排名第二,共5人)。
