研究領域

1) 水產動物營養與飼料學:評價營養素、環境因素、飼料添加劑等對養殖魚類生長、飼料利用效率和健康狀態的調節作用。
2) 水產動物營養與內分泌學:營養素對養殖魚類生長性能相關激素網路的調控機制。
3) 營養與數學模型:蒐集現有數據,用數學模型描述魚類體組成及營養物質沉積規律。
