陳尚賓,華中科技大學武漢光電國家實驗室(籌)生物醫學光子學功能實驗室,副教授。
陳尚賓,男,1978年出生,湖北通山人。博士,副教授,博士生導師。
2001年於湖北師範學院獲物理學學士學位,2006年於華中科技大學獲生物醫學工程博士學位。2006年8月至今在華中科技大學工作;其間2008.2-5月在英國Bradford大學做訪問學者,2010-2012在加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學(UBC)做博士後研究兩年。
本人研究方向包括:神經光學成像、光基因分析(電生理)、腦連線組學、定量生理學。2009-2011年主持完成國家自然科學基金青年項目一項(“基於皮層擴散性抑制信號的局灶性腦缺血研究”)。2013年獲批國家自然科學基金面上項目一項(“擴散MRI纖維示蹤術的真實精細神經纖維構築研究”)。已在Journal of Neuroscience及Biophysical Journal等國際期刊發表第一作者(含通訊)論文11篇。2007年榮獲湖北省自然科學獎一等獎(排名5)。
