個人簡介
廣東人 ,出生在餐飲世家,自小家裡就是開飯店的.小的時候經常跑進廚房玩,爺爺與父親的影響從小就已經開始學習燕鮑翅的製作,為了更好的將祖傳的技藝發揮及至,多年來一直與香港名廚一起合作學習不斷的改良,現在已經可以將魚翅漲發出翅比以前多一倍,而他所漲發的海參可以從高處往地下摔不爛.陳凱奕主要以粵菜,為主。善於製作鮑參翅燕,生猛海鮮,港粵菜餚。廚藝精湛,意識超前,曾經在多家星級酒店,大型酒樓從事中廚工作,擁有豐富的廚部策劃管理經驗,較高檔次的酒店廚政運作和管理水平。曾任北京CCTC餐飲管理培訓南方區經理,他的技藝得到了人們的認同,2005年10月受《中國大廚》邀請擔任燕鮑翅講師,2006年02月《中國大廚》封面人物,現在他所講的光碟已經成為北京某星級酒店的教材.
