研究方向
固氮微生物能將空氣中的氮氣還原成氨,為植物生長提供一定量的氮素。固氮微生物包括不同的種類,研究較多的是革蘭氏陰性固氮菌。類芽孢桿菌(Paenibacillus)是產生芽孢的革蘭氏陽性細菌,其中包括一些固氮菌。其研究主要集中在這幾個方面:一、固氮類芽孢桿菌資源分類;二、固氮調控機制研究和利用合成生物學方法研究固氮基因的表達;三、固氮菌的發酵、微生物肥料製備及其田間套用。
