趙家玲（Rosalind Chao），1957年9月23日出生於美國加州，美國影視女演員。
因為她的父母都是京劇票友，她也在京劇中客串演出，因而被星探發現，在多個電視片集及廣告中客串演出，當時她只有七歲。
2018年，參演迪士尼真人版劇情電影《花木蘭》。

她在南加州大學畢業後，在電視片集《軍營杏林》（M．A．S．H．）中客串，其後她在《星空奇遇記》電視片集中演出。她演出的電影包括《蜘蛛俠》（The Amazing Spiderman，1977）、《以牙還牙》（An Eye For An Eye，1981）、《千金》（又名《移民足跡》、《金山夢》）（Thousand Pieces of Gold，1991）、《隱形怪傑》(Memories of On Invisible Man， 1992）、《喜福會》等。而她最滿意的作品是《千金》。她還參演過國內由陳佩斯主演的喜劇片《少爺的磨難》。
2007年，主演電影《南京》。
2018年，參演迪士尼真人版劇情電影《花木蘭》。
