- 2007獲瑞典皇家工學院“微電子與套用物理”專業博士學位
- 2007獲教育部“國家優秀自費留學生獎學金”
- 2008年5月至2012年1月,在美國史丹福大學E.L. Gintzon實驗室任助理研究員
- 曾任美國KLA-Tencor高級工程師,負責光刻掩膜板檢測系統中的納米光學建模
