關新平,男,1963年,教育部長江學者特聘教授,國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者。現任上海交通大學科研院副院長,上海交通大學電子信息與電氣工程學院院長,上海交通大學自動化系教授,博士生導師。中國動化學會理事和中國人工智慧學會理事,IEEE Trans. on System, Man & Cybernetics-C、Int. J. 及自動化學報等期刊編委,入選國家百千萬人才工程,國務院政府特殊津貼專家。主要從事無線網路與套用、工業認知網路、物聯網及套用等國際前沿研究。先後主持973課題、基金委重點項目等30餘項,出版專著2部,在IEEE Trans.Automatic Control等國際頂級期刊發表論文112篇,他引超過1400次。研究成果已獲國家自然科學二等獎1項,教育部自然科學獎一等獎2項,曾獲IEEE模糊系統彙刊傑出論文獎。
