要研究領域及興趣
本實驗室主要從事抗病毒天然免疫信號轉導、炎性細胞因子介導的炎症反應與腫瘤發生的分子機理的研究。我們主要以表達克隆、酵母雙雜交以及蛋白質組學等多種手段,篩選參與調控抗病毒天然免疫以及炎症反應過程的蛋白,並通過基因敲除、轉基因小鼠以及動物疾病模型研究這些蛋白在調控病毒感染、自身免疫性疾病以及腫瘤發生等過程中的功能與機制。
