項目摘要
本項目將通過電漿濺射方法製備鋁氫化物薄膜,通過氣相反應或電化學反應的方法研究鋁氫化物薄膜的吸氫特性以及由此而產生的光學反射、透射和吸收特性變化,通過系統研究鋁氫化物的氫致光變特性,發現新的氫致光變體系和機理。將研究鋁氫化物薄膜吸放氫前後的結構、形態、缺陷等的變化;研究氫氣在鋁氫化物薄膜中的擴散行為、吸放氫引起的相變,並從熱力學和動力學上加以分析,從而研究氫致光變的條件、影響因素和控制方法。還將研究薄膜的載流子濃度、電導特性和能帶結構與氫濃度的關係,通過與光學性質以及電化學特性的比較對氫致光變機理進行探討;研究這些薄膜的電子穿透特性和其它特性,希望能夠發現新的薄膜氫敏感效應。本項目不單可以取得一些重要的氫致光變理論成果,而且可望在氫能源利用、新型H電池、電致變色器件、信息存儲以及太陽能收集板敏化塗層等領域得到套用。
