該書主要論述銀行與中小企業的關係。這些中小企業大多是私營企業,他們為我國的經濟發展做出了巨大貢獻,然而,他們的融資與借貸卻時常面臨困境;他們與銀行的關係帶有鮮明的中國特色。
在文獻回顧之後,作者通過“銀行家訪談”和“中小企業主問卷調查”兩個環節,力圖告訴大家:銀行在對中小企業進行評估的時候,隨著貸款額度的增加,評估重點會從經營數據逐步擴展到企業主人品和人力資源。
首先,作者梳理了改革開放以來銀行與私營企業的關係變化。分析了中小企業貸款難的種種原因。
其次,作者通過分析‘’銀行家訪談‘’信息,建立了一個模型,從幾個維度討論了銀行放貸前如何評估中小企業。建模理論來自銀行家的實踐經驗,因而具有現實意義。
再次,作者就“中小企業主問卷調查”進行了細緻的討論。問卷含45個問題,涉及企業家貸款經歷和獲得貸款的經驗等等,通過問卷調查進一步證明論文觀點的合理性。這些數據有極強的參考價值。
