項目摘要

本項目旨在發展針對強關聯材料的更為準確高效的第一性原理方法。主要研究內容包括:(1)Hubbard U值的第一性原理計算方法的程式實現與系統考察:進一步發展基於線性綴加平面波基組的cRPA程式,對現有用於計算U值的各種方法開展系統性比較,並將其套用於考察典型強關聯材料體系中各種因素對Hubbard U值的影響;(2)基於局域修正方法的進一步發展:針對重要功能材料體系(分子磁性材料,鋰離子電極材料)的第一性原理描述,深入考察關鍵參數(如局域投影算符的定義,重複計算修正方案的選擇等)對現有LDA/GGA+U方法的影響,揭示雜化泛函與LDA/GGA+U在某些重要體系給出定性不同描述的物理根源,在此基礎上進一步發展基於局域修正思想且相關參數可直接從局部信息計算得到的新方法。(3)針對強關聯體系的電子激發性質,探索在現有GW方法的框架內考慮局域vertex修正,以及基於LAPW基組的GW+DMFT方法。
