2005年畢業於中國科學技術大學並獲生物學博士學位。其後在合肥微尺度物質科學國家實驗室從事博士後研究。2009年作為優秀人才引進被聘為中國科學技術大學生命科學學院副教授。廣泛從事了細胞膜與細胞骨架動力學、細胞有絲分裂調控及蛋白質修飾調控的生物學研究。自2003年起，發表SCI 文章20餘篇，其中部分刊登在Oncogene, J. Biol. Chem.等國際知名學術期刊上。
