研究方向

泛素信號轉導通路: 從基本機制到人類疾病
泛素是一個小信號蛋白, 能連線到其他蛋白質底物, 從而改變蛋白質底物的命運與功能.泛素化是由泛素激活酶 (E1), 泛素耦聯酶 (E2), 及泛素連線酶 (E3) 按順序地催化而成. 泛素化的一個主要結果是通過26S蛋白酶體來降解蛋白質底物. 這是真核細胞內特異性降解蛋白質的主要途徑. 許多和泛素化有關的基因在人類疾病中存在遺傳變異. 大量的證據表明,泛素信號的異常調控和人類疾病的發生密切相關。
