重慶大學國家大學科技園是科技部、教育部批准的首批22家國家大學科技園之一，座落於重慶市的科教文化中心——沙坪壩區。它是以重慶大學為依託，同時整合周邊部分高校和科研院所的資源，並吸引國內外著名院校的人才、知識和技術優勢而創辦。科技園建設得到國家、重慶市和沙坪壩區政府的強有力支持，有相對獨立的工商、國稅、地稅、財政機構組成的財稅體系，有堅實的政策法規依託和寬鬆的發展環境。

Chongqing University Science Park (CQUSP)，located in Shapingba district, a
science, education and culture center in the urban part of Chongqing
city，is one of the 22 pioneer USPs approved by both MST & MOE. CQU,
Relying on Chongqing University, CQUSP integrates advantageous
resources of the neighbor universities and institutes, in addition,
it attracts experts, knowledge and technology from famous
universities both at home and abroad to build the Park. CQUSP is
fully supported by the state, the municipal government and the local
district. It enjoys relatively independent finance and taxation
system, with preferential policies and regulation, as well as a
sound environment for development.
建園宗旨
重慶大學科技園按照“依託高校、政府引導、以人為本、市場運作”的機制，以優良的人文社會環境、系統的高標準配套設施、完善的政策體系、良好的中介服務功能，建設高新技術成果的孵化基地、創新創業人才的培養基地、制度創新的試驗基地、中介服務和風險投資的沃土，努力實現技術資本和金融資本、研究開發和實際生產、開發隊伍和經營隊伍的有效結合，促進科技成果商品化、產業化，從而推動地方經濟發展。
Relying on the good mechanism of universities, government and professionals,
and with excellent humanistic and social environment, high standard
facilities, policies and service agents, CQUSP is determined to
build itself into an incubation base for high-tech achievements, a
training center for creative personnel, an experimental site for
system innovation, a good place for service agencies and risk
investors. It will make every effort to realize an effective
integration of technology capital and financial capital, R&D and
production, researchers and sales personnel, so as to facilitate
commercialization and industrialization of the research results, and
to push forward local economic development.
園區規劃
核心區地處重慶大學周邊，由孵化區、科技貿易區、人才家園組成。孵化區以優惠的政策環境、良好的商業氛圍和周全的中介服務，為高新技術項目孵化和人才培養提供場所。科技貿易區以科技成果推廣、行銷高新技術產品、科技文化商品為主。人才家園為科技人員提供優雅舒適的居住生活環境。
The core zone is located around the CQU campuses, with an incubation
area, a trading area and a residential area. The incubation area,
with preferential policies, a good business environment and service
agents, is an ideal place for the incubation of high-tech projects
and personnel training.
