項目摘要
隨著人們對食品安全的日益重視,許多用於果實防腐處理的化學殺菌劑被禁止使用,套用各種激發子處理誘導提高果實抗病性以控制貯藏病害的發生,已成為國際上果實保鮮技術研究的熱點。Priming是指植物體在受激發子誘導後不直接表現可檢測的抗病反應,而僅在受病原菌侵染後才表現出抗病反應的現象,它是植物表達抗病性的普遍形式,但采後果實是否存在Priming現象還不清楚。本項目以桃、枇杷和葡萄等果實為研究對象,採用果實病菌接種和果肉組織培養等方法,從抗病相關酶基因表達、酶活性和相關物質含量變化等方面,研究BTH、BABA、MeJA和熱空氣等激發子對果實采後抗病性誘導的作用和形式,探索采後果實抗病性誘導中的Priming現象並揭示其機理,確定不同激發子引發Priming的適宜處理條件。本研究不僅可以豐富果實采後生理和病理理論,同時也為基於Priming現象的誘導抗病技術在果實采後保鮮中的套用提供科學依據。
