作者簡介

國網浙江省電力有限公司電力科學研究院,主要承擔電力技術監督、技術研發、技術支持、技術服務等工作以及配合政府開展省電力行業技術監督工作。陳超,男,博士,主要研究配網大數據分析技術、配網不停電作業技術;牽頭開展了浙江配變重過載、配網資產彈性利用等多個專題研究。先後牽頭或參與多項項國家電網公司科技項目和省科技項目,發表SCI/EI論文十餘篇,申請專利十多項。
