研究方向

研究方向:
1. 代謝以及腸道菌群代謝對心腦血管疾病影響研究。代謝與心腦血管疾病研究密切相關,心腦血管疾病(包括心梗與中風)的發生髮展與預後都有代謝的參與,代謝調控是基因與蛋白調控之後一個重要的研究領域。該團隊也先後發現了一些代謝分子以及相關蛋白對心腦血管疾病的新的病理生理機制與臨床相關研究,其中包括琥珀酸代謝、能量代謝、脂代謝與脂蛋白等信號通路對於心腦血管系統的影響。腸道菌群是人體代謝的另一個重要來源,它存在著穩態與非穩態的平衡,這些平衡的打破能夠帶來不同的代謝物,由於這些代謝物的存在,從而影響到了腸道之外的其他器官,比如心腦血管系統等,從而產生了腸心軸、腸腦軸、腸肝軸等新的理論體系。該團隊發現了一系列新的腸道菌群代謝物例如TMAVA(三甲基-5-氨基戊酸)對心臟以及肝臟的病理生理作用,也發現了已經被大家熟知的TMAO(氧化三甲胺)新的病理生理功能比如在卒中與肺動脈高壓中的新機制。
2. 代謝對其他相關疾病影響研究。代謝除了對心腦血管疾病產生巨大作用外,代謝性疾病也會影響到心腦血管疾病之外的疾病例如糖尿病。同時代謝方面的機制不但能影響到糖尿病腎病、脂肪肝等代謝性疾病,還能通過代謝通路影響到腫瘤中的血管新生以及腫瘤。通過代謝的干預以及代謝相關調控,該們能夠對疾病的治療提供新的思路與見解。
3. 結合新材料新技術開展心腦血管相關轉化醫學研究。心腦血管功能方面的套用,包括治療與體外診斷技術的套用與研究。結合納米技術與探針材料開展對心腦血管的診斷與治療研究,對特定細胞例如炎症細胞等進行標記,對特定細胞進行藥物運輸,使得心腦血管的診斷與治療能夠在新賽道上繼續發展。開展包括生物質譜技術在內的診斷學研究,將新的監測與診斷技術套用在心腦血管疾病的預防與預後上。
