學術成就

長期致力於利用計算生物學方法研究非編碼RNA的功能及其在重大疾病中作用的研究,在國際雜誌上發表論文23篇,其中影響因子IF>10的論文8篇;以第一作者或共同第一作者在PNASNucleic Acids ResPlant Biotechnol J.等國際知名刊物發表研究論文11篇,1篇論文被選為高被引論文,1篇論文被《Science》雜誌評選為”Editor’s Choice”.
擔任PLOS ONEBMC BiologyScience China Life Science等雜誌的審稿人,主筆撰寫《RNA 研究中的重大科學問題-學科發展戰略系列研究報告》、《非編碼基因生物學研究進展(生物化學與分子生物學學科發展報告)》等。
