1975年生,教授。1997年畢業於山東師範大學化學系,2002年在中科院長春套用化學研究所獲博士學位。

主要成就
2002年9月-2004年12月年在德國德勒斯登工業大學物理系套用光物理研究所(Institut für Angewandte Photophisik-IAPP, Technische Universität Dresden-TU Dresden)從事博士後研究工作(合作導師為Prof. Dr. Karl Leo)。2005年4月到11月在義大利國家研究理事會博洛尼亞分會有機合成和光反應研究所(Istituto per la Sintesi Organica e la Fotoreattività-ISOF, Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche-CNR) 從事博士後研究工作(合作導師為Dr. Nicola Armaroli)。2006年1月到10月在英國倫敦大學瑪麗皇后學院(Queen Mary, University of London)物理系(合作導師Dr. Williams Gillin)和化學生物學院(合作導師Dr. Peter Wyatt)作訪問學者。2006年12月回到南京大學工作,現為南京大學化學化工學院配位化學國家重點實驗室副教授,碩士生導師。 曾參加過國家973重點研究項目、國家自然科學基金重點項目、飛利浦公司主導的歐洲項目OLLA (High Brightness OLEDs for ICT & Next Generation Lighting Applications)等。至今已經在國內外核心期刊如J. Mater. Chem.、Appl. Phys. Lett.等上面發表學術論文20餘篇,申請國際發明專利一項。2002年獲中國科學院優秀博士生寶潔獎學金,2002年獲德國研究理事會“Graduierten Kolleg Sensorik”獎學金,2006年獲英國“Leverhulme Trust”基金會獎學金。
