鄭世寶
男，1959年4 月生。教授、博士生導師。研究領域及方向：多媒體通信、城市公共安全監控與智慧型視頻處理、載人航天空間多媒體信息系統。1983年和1986年分別獲得學士和碩士學位，1986-1999年在原電子工業部54所從事衛星通信和廣播電視專業技術研究，先後參加完成十多項科研項目，包括擔任我國載人飛船數位電視地面系統總設計師，負責研製和開發了總裝備部衛星會議電視系統。曾獲部級科技進步二等獎2項，被評為部級優秀科技青年，2000年6月獲國務院頒發的政府特殊津貼。1999年12月到上海交通大學圖像通信所工作。曾主持信息產業部電子發展基金重大項目《數位電視接收機開發與產業化》、《數模兼容電視接收機積體電路套片開發》、《智慧卡機卡分離數位電視機頂盒》和國家計委數位電視專項《HDTV信源解碼晶片開發及產業化》、863計畫積體電路重大專項《高清晰度電視SoC平台》等。還主持制訂了上海市地方標準《城市圖像監控系統網際聯網技術規範》和上海市重大軟課題項目《城市公共安全圖像監控體系建設研究》。目前主要研究方向：載人航天領域空間多媒體信息系統、城市公共安全圖像監控系統及智慧型視頻處理等。開設的研究生課程為《網路多媒體技術》。主要成就有：研製了我國載人飛船工程天地數字電視系統地面設備；自主研製我國軍用衛星電視會議系統；主持上海數位電視產學研聯合實驗室完成了數模兼容電視、數位電視接收機和中間件、智慧卡機卡分離接收機的開發；主持數字高清晰度電視接收機系列晶片開發工作，首次研製開發成功國內第一套數字高清晰度電視接收機關鍵系列晶片及其晶片系統解決方案，全面突破我國數位電視核心晶片的關鍵技術，獲2005年度上海市科技成果技術發明一等獎（2006年4月頒發）；並針對我國數位電視發展戰略，發表了一系列會議報告和論文，包括“面對國際DTVIC的競爭，如何發展我國的數位電視IC產業”，“我國數位電視產業發展的若干問題”及“機卡分離與整體平移”等；針對高速發展的大城市的公共安全問題，研究並發表了“城市圖像監控系統網際聯網技術”、“城市公共安全圖像監控系統面臨的主要挑戰”和“智慧型視頻監控技術在城市圖像監控中的套用”等。發表國內外學術論文100餘篇，申請發明專利14項，其中已授權8項，獲國家及省部級科技獎項5項，其中國家科技進步二等獎1項，上海市科技發明一等獎1項。主要感興趣的研究領域：城市公共安全監控與車聯網；載人航天多媒體信息技術；遠程醫療與健康服務等。
