個人經歷
1989年9月進入中國科學技術大學數學系本科學習（五年制），
1993年提前畢業，獲學士學位。隨後被保送攻讀中國科技大學數學系計算機輔助幾何設計方向的博士學位。
1998年畢業獲博士學位，並留校任教至今。
現為教授(2005.12)，博導(2006)。
主要研究
主要從事幾何造型方面的研究。博士學位論文：CAGD中分片代數曲面的研究
研究工作
1998年留校工作至今，曾先後到香港科技大學的CAD/CAM中心（半年），英國伯明罕大學Alan A. Ball主持的幾何建模小組（2年）訪問工作。自2011年8月至2012年8月在美國賓州州立大學數學系訪問一年。
