人物簡介
負責主講《食品營養學》、《食品衛生學》、《食品生物技術》和《食品毒理學》等課程。主要從事食品中生物活性物質的提取開發、營養與疾病防治研究。近5年來主持國家自然科學基金項目3項，廣東省高等學校高層次人才項目1項，廣東省自然科學基金項目1項。以第一作者身份或者通訊作者公開發表論文18篇，其中SCI收錄6篇，中文核心期刊8篇；出版學術專著一部。
曾被評為廣東省高等學校“千百十工程”省級培養對象，廣東省南粵優秀教師和韶關市專業技術拔尖人才。
