1970年1月生，現任西北大學數學系副主任，博士生導師，香港中文大學數學科學研究所博士畢業，《純粹數學與套用數學》常務副主編，曾今獲湖北省人民政府省級教學成果一等獎 ，湖北省優秀自然科學論文三等獎。主要學術兼職有：中國數學會理事，陝西省數學會常務理事，陝西省工業與套用數學會常務理事、副理事長。

2、國家自然科學基金（10771170）：高維可壓Navier-Stokes方程的真空問題。經費：24萬元人民幣，2008年1月至2010年12月， 項目主持人；
3、國家自然科學基金（10401012）：可壓Navier-Stokes方程解的長時間行為。經費：11萬元人民幣，2005年1月至2007年12月，項目主持人；
